Faculty provides undergraduate and post-graduate studies in forestry and applied ecology. 7 professors, 24 associate professors, 16 lecturers and assistants work at the Faculty. At present Faculty has over 620 undergraduate students (annual admission 156), 110 master students and 5 doctoral students. Main fields of research are as follows: stands stability and productivity, ecological forest monitoring, large scale forestry scenario modelling.
