General Information
The Lithuanian University of Agriculture Library is a contemporary library that makes available printed publications as well as provides access to other information resources, analyses users' information needs and renders appropriate services for the University students, doctoral students, research and teaching staff and other University community members. Other Lithuanian Republic citizen can also use the Library, however, priority is given to the University community.
The Library is taking part in projects and consorciums, that support the automatization of the library, implementation of integrated information systems, creation of electronic databases: Lithuanian academic Libraries Network (LABT), Lithuanian Research Library Consortium (LMBA), Information Technologies for Science and Higher Education (ITMiS), Lithuanian Research and Higer Education Information System (LieMSIS).
